What this is
Senior Independent Living, as RED International builds it, is a renovated shared home for independent residents aged 55 and over who live their own lives: their own routines, their own cooking or catering, their own arrangements for any help they may want.
We provide the home — never the care inside it.
That distinction is the discipline of the model, and we state it plainly: independent living is housing. It is not assisted living, and it is never presented as such.
The bright line
Nevada does not license independent housing; homes like these are governed by landlord–tenant law, fair-housing law, and local business licensing. Nevada licenses care facilities — and the moment a home furnishes food, shelter, assistance, and supervision together, it has become a care facility in law.
So this model bundles nothing. No meals as a service. No assistance. No supervision. The home is maintained, the residence is operated to a professional standard — and the line between housing and care is policed daily, because that line is what keeps this housing lawful, honest, and exactly what it says it is.
Care, only ever by your own contract
A resident who wants a caregiver arranges one the way any Nevadan may: by hiring care into their own home. Care, where a resident wants it, is contracted separately with CNA Dispatch — Care Resources Inc.'s home-care division — as ordinary field care in the resident's own home, under that resident's own agreement.
A resident who wants no care arranges none. Nothing is included, nothing is assumed, and nothing about a resident's support is decided by the house.
Through Care Resources Inc.'s concierge coordination, a resident may likewise be connected — by their own choice, and under their own separate arrangements with those providers — to the platform's hospice partner and its home-health affiliated partner. The choice, and the contract, remain the resident's alone.
Restored first, occupied second
Every residence in this program begins the same way: a total renovation to RED International's standard, completed before the first resident arrives. Only a finished home opens its doors.
