For Families

Your family's home, working again — still your family's home.

The situation, honestly

When a homeowner passes, or a parent's home stands empty, the house does not pause: the mortgage still comes due, the yard still grows, an empty home still deteriorates. Families usually face two unhappy choices — carry the cost indefinitely, or sell quickly, often below worth.

There is a third way: let the home work again, as housing for seniors, under professional stewardship — while it remains your family's home.

How it works

Your family keeps title. Under every partnership path we offer, ownership of the home stays with your family. The property agreement is held with the PropCo alone, so operations can never cloud your family's title.

Renovation comes first. The home is restored — totally — to RED International's standard before any occupancy is discussed. Only a finished home opens its doors, and the finished home's established value becomes the baseline for every conversation that follows. For that reason, no responsible figure can be discussed before the renovation exists — and we will not invent one.

Occupancy carries the home. From opening day, the people who live in the home carry its costs through their occupancy — including the mortgage, paid directly to the lender — instead of the family carrying them alone.

You see the home's story, monthly. Care Resources Inc. operates the residence day to day and reports to your family with a monthly statement: the home's own account of itself, kept separate from any care billing, always.

Why the structure protects your family

  • Title. The property agreement is with RED International, Inc. (the PropCo) alone. Operations sit in a different company, on different paper.
  • Accountability. If a property question arises, RED answers. If an operations question arises, Care Resources answers. No passing the matter between hats.
  • Licensing honesty. Nevada licenses care facilities, not houses, and care providers, not landlords. The two-company structure keeps each company inside exactly the lane the law draws for it.
  • Clean money. Property money and care money run in separate books. Occupancy carries the home; care is billed only to those who contract for it.

Your family signs with each company only for that company's own promise — and can hold each to it, separately.

And the deepest protection is structural: in this partnership, RED International does not own your family's home. The PropCo's interest is the agreement it holds and the standard it stands behind — never your family's equity — so nothing in the structure profits at your family's expense. What the platform does hold is full control of the home's operations, granted by those written agreements rather than by title: the renovation standard, the operating standard, who runs the residence day to day, and accountability for how it is run. The owner keeps the equity; the platform keeps the operations; and the separation between the two companies — different paper, different books, each answering only for its own promise — is what keeps both honest.

Housing only, or licensed care — two different worlds

Senior Independent Living (housing only). The renovated home becomes a residence for independent seniors who live their own lives. We provide the home — never the care inside it. Residents arrange any help they want themselves, exactly as any tenant in Nevada may. This route is governed by landlord–tenant and fair-housing law, and the home is never called assisted living, because it is not.

A Licensed Residential Facility for Groups (licensed care). For families who want licensed care on site, the home can instead become a Nevada-licensed residential facility for groups: meals, assistance with daily living, medication support, and supervision by trained, background-checked staff, under a state license, led by a licensed administrator of record, and open to state inspection — with sprinklers and life-safety systems built into the renovation. The license and the initial survey must be secured before the first resident is admitted. It is the longer, heavier, more demanding route — and the fullest form of what a family home can become.

Both routes share the same foundation: your family keeps title, the renovation comes first, and occupancy carries the home's costs, mortgage paid directly to the lender.
