The United States home of RED International — developing senior living in America, with the structure the work deserves: a property company that stands behind the home, and an operating company that stands behind the people who live in it.

Two companies. Two promises.

Senior living done properly separates the home from the care — because no one should ever have to wonder which hat the person across the table is wearing. Our United States platform is built on that separation.

RED International, Inc. — the PropCo. RED is the steward of the property. It holds the property agreements, sets and stands behind the renovation and development standard, and carries the property-side duties: the structure, the systems, the capital work. In its partnership models, RED holds that agreement and that standard without taking ownership of the home — title stays where it belongs, with the owner. RED does not provide care, does not staff caregivers, and never touches a resident's care decisions. Its promise is narrow and complete: the home, restored and protected, under a written agreement.

Care Resources Inc. — the OpCo. Care Resources Inc. and its divisions form the operating platform: the day-to-day life of each residence — residents, staffing, upkeep, scheduling, safety routines, and reporting. Care Resources Inc. works as a Concierge Care Provider: one call coordinates the whole continuum of care across its divisions and its affiliated partners, so no family has to assemble the pieces alone. Inside it, care — where a resident ever wants it — is delivered only through CNA Dispatch, Care Resources' own home-care division, under a separate care agreement with that resident, exactly as any Nevadan may hire care into their own home.

The two companies coordinate under written agreements between themselves as well. Property money and care money run in separate books; each company answers for its own lane, on its own paper.

An operating platform, not a promise on paper.

Care Resources Inc. is an established Las Vegas care organization, in business since 2021 — a Concierge Care Provider: one call coordinates the whole continuum of care across its own divisions and its affiliated partners. Its five divisions stand behind the U.S. program:

  • CNA Dispatch — home care, delivered in the client's own home
  • Senior Resources — senior placement referrals
  • NCS Resources — newborn care specialists
  • Wound Care Dispatch — wound care coordination
  • Global Care Staffing — healthcare staffing

Affiliated partner models

The continuum extends beyond Care Resources' own divisions, through affiliated partners — independent providers who stand in their own names:

  • Twenty Four Seven Hospice Care LLC — Hospice Partner
  • Brilliant Health System, Inc. — Affiliated Partner — Home Health Agency

Any engagement of a partner is made directly with that provider, under its own separate agreement with the person or family who engages it. Nothing a partner provides is included in, or bundled with, anything RED International or Care Resources Inc. offers.

Senior Independent Living

Our United States program begins with Senior Independent Living: restored homes where independent seniors live their own lives, in residences held to RED's standard. Housing, held to a higher standard — and nothing bundled into it that does not belong there.

Some of the finest senior residences begin as family homes. If your family owns a home suited to senior living, the PropCo/OpCo partnership may give it a second life — with your family keeping title.

For property owners and their real estate agents

RED International also networks with real estate agents whose rental-property clients own homes that may suit senior living. For an owner beyond the family circle, the same conversion path applies: the owner keeps title, the home is renovated — totally — to RED International's standard before any occupancy, and occupancy then carries the home.
