Second Pathway
The Philippines holds a surplus of underperforming and unsold properties. RED International's Reconstruction & Conversion Program re-specifies them to senior living standards — the second pathway to a RED destination.
Tier 1
Underperforming hotels and resorts, apartment and commercial buildings, large residences, and ancestral homes, converted into RED senior living communities: structural assessment, accessibility and life-safety retrofits, renovation and fit-out, elevator and nurse-call upgrades — every property rebuilt to senior-living safety specifications from the first sketch.
Tier 2
For individual condominium owners whose units the market will not take: RED re-specifies and remodels the single unit to senior-appropriate specifications — curbless senior-spec showers with properly placed grab bars, non-slip surfaces, wider clearances, safer lighting — turning a stranded unit into a senior-ready home, without the distress of a forced sale.
Built by partners, governed by RED.
RED International retains ownership of the architectural specifications, blueprints, and authored policies and procedures; accredited build partners execute conversions to those standards under licence.
